Flexible Learning 

FCA Care Navigator Training is an online course that you may take any time on any device (computer, smart phone, or tablet). It contains 10 modules containing articles, websites and videos. It also includes the course, Improving Practice: Working with Diverse Caregivers which contains short video lessons ranging from 3 to 14 minutes that you can fit anywhere in your busy schedule. The course also has a flexible learning path, allowing you to work through the material in whatever order makes sense for you. Since some of the course elements build on previous material, we recommend that you follow the course in the order presented.
